MAIN: spicy “tuna”, hearts of palm “crab”, crispy avocado, fried oyster mushroom. BASE: sushi rice, brown rice, quinoa, or mixed greens. TOPPINGS: Avocado, cucumber, carrot, seaweed salad, green onion, plant based caviar, fried onion, black sesame, and furikake. SAUCES: spicy mayo, teriyaki, plant based eel sauce, citrus soy ponzu.
